Hi Everybody!
I just wanted everyone to know that even though I haven’t posted a new blog post in a while or written about my online router simulator it isn’t because I’ve neglected this website or more importantly YOU my readers.
I care a lot about you guys. I know that getting your CCNA is a critical first step to getting a good job. Trust me, I’ve worked at McDonalds before and it was not fun or rewarding in any way. I’ve also had several (including my current job) wonderful jobs because I was Cisco Certified.
My goal for this website is to help you get your first certification: The CCENT, so that you can have an important piece of paper to include with your resume. Having that certification can be critical for you at this step in your career because you might not have ANY relavent working experience to include on your resume. However, if you are armed with your CCENT Certification you have proof that you are a hard worker, can accomplish difficult tasks, go above and beyond, and are knowledgeable about networks.
Anyways, back to me being so busy. I just wanted to apologize for not being able to update this website as much as I would like to. After more than a year break away from school I decided to move my family back to Boise, Idaho so that I could finish the remaining two years of my Computer Science degree from BSU.
Just like how getting Cisco Certifications is important so is getting a college degree. And being armed with both can make you very powerful.
Not only am I going to school full time, but I’m also working full time as a programmer for Pinnpointe Consulting Group. So, yes I am very busy, but I also wanted to let you know that I’m going to be making my online router simulator available again soon. And I want to see you guys use it to pass your CCENT Exam. I guess I just wanted to let you all know this so that you can hold me accountable to releasing it again.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post. It means a lot to me. And if you haven’t set an educational goal for yourself like passing the CCENT, or getting your college degree I hope that you can find something you are interested in to strive for. One of the best ways to improve our quality of life is to increase our education level.
